Cancellations/Refunds
Since all our games are made-to-order, we do not accept any returns/refunds once the order has been placed. If you receive a faulty or incorrect order, we will get it replaced or refunded, depending on the circumstance.
Shipping
Your order will be ready in 4-5 days after you’ve completed the questionnaire. Shipping timelines are as below :
Standard : 4-5 business days
Express : 1-2 business days

Payments
We take 100% payment upfront online as it is a customised product. We do not accept COD.

FAQ
Personalisation goes beyond just adding initials. We personalise each and every detail of the game, right down to the property, chance and community chest cards in monopoly, to engraving each block in jenga. Check out our individual product pages for more information on what’s personalised in each game.
No, we share a questionnaire with a few basic questions for you to answer and we extract the data out of that and create the content to show you for approval.
